This policy explains how ADERYX AI LAB LLC handles personal data in connection with Funnlify, its website and its platform.
1. Who is responsible
Funnlify is a software by ADERYX AI LAB LLC, a limited liability company (LLC). Website: https://aderyx-ai.com. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: [email protected].
2. Our two roles
For data about visitors, prospects and users of Funnlify accounts, ADERYX AI LAB LLC is the data controller.
For data that merchants enter into Funnlify about their own customers (for example cash-on-delivery order details), the merchant is the controller and ADERYX AI LAB LLC acts as processor, on the merchant's instructions.
3. Data we collect
Enquiries and demos: your name, email, phone number and the message you send us.
User accounts: name, email, password (stored hashed) and security settings such as multi-factor authentication.
Subscription billing: company name, address, tax identifiers, plan and payment status.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device information, security logs and error reports.
4. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer your requests (pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest), to provide the service (contract and legitimate interest) and to issue invoices (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Funnlify website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: your session, language and theme preferences. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
Stores built by merchants may add their own tracking tools (such as advertising pixels). That is the merchant's responsibility.
6. Recipients, hosting and transfers
Your data is accessible to authorised ADERYX AI LAB LLC staff and to technical providers (hosting, authentication, database, error monitoring, email) bound by confidentiality. Delivery carriers and advertising platforms receive data only if the merchant connects them.
Hosting: website, application and database on OVHcloud (ovhcloud.com), France; file storage on Cloudflare R2. Any transfer of data outside Algeria complies with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in personal data processing.
7. Retention
Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact.
Customer accounts: for the duration of the contract plus 30 days (export period), then deleted or anonymised.
Accounting records: as required by applicable regulation.
If you remove the Funnlify app from your Meta account, the stored Meta connection credentials and account data are deleted and a confirmation page with a reference code is provided.
8. Security
We use encrypted traffic, role-based access, separation of data between customers and logging. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your credentials and enable multi-factor authentication.
9. Your rights
Under Law No. 18-07 you may request access to, rectification of, objection to, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. Customers of a merchant should contact that merchant first.
You may also refer the matter to the ANPDP, the Algerian national authority for personal data protection.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
