These terms govern your use of Funnlify, a software by ADERYX AI LAB LLC. By creating an account or using Funnlify you accept them.
1. The service
Funnlify is a subscription software (SaaS) offered by ADERYX AI LAB LLC that helps merchants build sales funnels and stores, manage cash-on-delivery orders, connect delivery carriers and advertising accounts, and view analytics. Scope and price are those of the chosen plan or quote.
2. Account and access
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Enabling multi-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
3. Customer obligations
You agree to use Funnlify lawfully, to enter accurate data, and to have a legal basis for the personal data of your own customers and staff that you enter.
Your products, prices, delivery, refunds, store policies and tax compliance remain your responsibility. Documents and reports generated by Funnlify (such as waybills and analytics) are aids only; ADERYX AI LAB LLC gives no tax, accounting or legal advice.
You must not disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or resell Funnlify.
4. Customer data
Your data remains your property. You may export it during the contract and for 30 days after it ends.
5. Intellectual property
The software, brand, interfaces and documentation belong to ADERYX AI LAB LLC. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription.
6. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance. Support is provided by email only ([email protected]); no support hours are committed.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are those of the chosen plan, shown in Algerian dinars (DZD) unless another currency (MAD or EUR) is stated. Fees are invoiced in advance for the chosen period. Any free trial is as stated on the pricing page.
Access may be suspended automatically when an invoice is unpaid more than 7 days after its due date.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a serious breach that is not corrected.
9. Liability
ADERYX AI LAB LLC is liable only for direct damages, capped at the amounts you paid in the last 12 months. It is not liable for indirect losses, force majeure or the acts of third parties.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The parties first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction.
